Will P0535 go away on its own?

What causes OBD-II fault code P0535?

The A/C Evaporator Temperature Sensor is used verify proper operation of the A/C system and to prevent the evaporator from getting too cold and freezing up. The engine computer (PCM) looks to see a temperature change when the A/C Compressor is activated. When the engine control module (PCM) does not see a change in temperature with the A/C compressor turned on, the PCM will set code P0535.
