The PTO allows Auxiliary equipment such as a dump bed or plow to be hydraulically operated using the vehicle's transmission. The PTO Speed Selector allows the PTO to be operated at different speeds. If the Speed Selector switch sends back an implausible signal, code P255E will be set and the PTO will be disabled.
