Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. So perhaps the obvious question is: have you performed maintenance item B? If you have performed or had the service performed, then the reset procedure should also be something you know how to do. It is in the owners manual, as well. 1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position. 2. Press the INFO button (button with arrow icons) repeatedly until the engine oil life is displayed. 3. Press and hold the SEL/RESET button for 10 seconds. The multi-information display will ask for a confirmation. If you are sure you want to reset the display, press the SEL/ RESET button to select "OK". If you do not want to reset the display. press the INFO button (button with arrow icons) to select "Cancel". Resetting this information will prevent you from being reminded about needed maintenance if you did not perform all of it. Fair warning.
