What is your question?
Water got into passenger side, corroded wires in the red (motor) car-side connector to the passenger power seat, some broke off and I can't tell which spots they went to. I'm fixing the wires and connector but the wire colors on the car-side don't match the seat-side wires. WTF? The power wires - big red/white and big-brown, are the same and make the seat work. There are 5 other wires - are they even needed (no memory on passenger side) and if so what's the car-side connection diagram? Thanks! (BTW, Audi dealer wanted $3,100 to fix this.)
How long has your 2005 Audi A4 Quattro had this problem?
Since water got in. 18+ year old convertible!

Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your A4. In this situation, the other wires are for headrest, height, and backrest adjustment. For specific wiring diagrams, I'd recommend having a local shop or dealership look them up for you by VIN.
