I have a 2008 BMW 535i and I'm just wondering how to get rid of these two codes. My tranny is stuck in 3rd and I'm sure that's bc of the safe mode it put itself in. I've also replaced the crank pos sensor.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, the codes usually lead to looking at the circuit of the crankshaft position sensor. I cannot say for sure, but there is definitely cause to inspect the circuit for active concerns.
