What is your question?
I want to know at what mileage and times the following services are generally recommended/expected. My dealer keeps telling me it's all done by the car's sensors, but there has to be some kind of recommended intervals out there i coolant flush ii. Transmission flush - do they recommend flush earlier than the OEM recommends (sometimes OEM says 100k, but it's better to do it at 50k) iii. Oxygen sensor iv. Cabin air filter v. Engine air intake filter vi. Do I rotate tires or no? I don't think I do cause these tires are directional? vii. Is it recommended to change fuel filter, oxygen sensor, replace valve cover gasket or bushings, differential fluid, vii. If a drop in K&N air filter (not the full air intake) gives any more power than the stock one. And do I need two or just one? viii. How much power an aftermarket intake would generate. How much louder is it? Best price/value for increased power

i. We recommend coolant exchanges every 4 years. ii. Transmission services from 60-80,000 miles iii. Oxygen sensors only when they fail (set a fault) iv & v. Cabin & air filters about every 20-30,000 miles, depending on how dirty they get vi. Tires are rotated front to rear, so rotational direction is not a concern. However, if your wheel/tire sizes are not equal front to rear (common on the gran coupe), then they cannot be rotated. vii. fuel filters are not replaceable without the fuel pump. o2 sensor, see above. valve cover gaskets when they begin leaking oil, differential oil 40-50,000 miles viii. I do not recommend K&N filters in BMWs in any application. The reasons are complex and are better discussed over the phone. ix. Along the same lines as the K&N comment above, I do not recommend changing the induction system from BMW's factory design. Hope this helps!
