2016 lacrosse won't recognize transponder

What is your question?

Car acted like dead battery but it was the transponder. It could not be reprogrammed because transponder still worked the locks. Changed to 2nd transponder & after 2day the car didn't recognize it either. Lock & Key man said he couldn't help
