Noise problem.

What is your question?

Two days ago, my car started to ding ding, as if the seat belt was not fastened. It doesn't do it all the time, but constant, about everytime I start it up. I had the battery replaced and that didn't work. Please help!!!! There are no lights that come, no message across the screen to let me know if something is wrong....nothing.
