What is your question?
Daytime running lights shut off when car is turned off but comes on randomly a bit later and stays on until twilight sentinel switch is played with or vehicle is started and shut off. This issue repeats itself until I disconnect the battery. Once the battery is re connected the issue starts all over again. Please advise how to fix this problem. Thanks

Hello, According to service bulletin 48-81-04, the daytime running lamps may be affected by transient voltage coming from the fuel pump to the lighting control module. If voltage is present, the lights may stay on unexpectedly. A procedure is listed that shows disruption of the circuit. Nothing replaces hands on testing of a vehicle -- this suggestion may not be relevant for your vehicle. However, it is definitely a possible cause, and should be evaluated. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
Actually the HEADLIGHTS are what’s turning on - REPLACE the headlight switch for repair. Pretty common failure.
