What is your question?
So whenever I get in my car and I turn the ignition halfway all the lights will start flashing inside the car and sometimes it won't start sometimes it will start it makes a weird clicking noise if it doesn't start almost like the starter is going out but I'm not sure if that's the problem if it's the starter or not because why would all the lights be flashing also when I'm driving it sometimes the car will die out on and I have to put it in park and the first time this happened I put it in park and try to start it back up in the car won't start so I turn the ignition to put in the neutral so I can push the car out of the way but it wouldn't go into any gear even with the key turn and all the lights were flashing on and off so I turned the car off and then I waited a few minutes and I turn the key and it started right back up but all the lights were flashing but they stopped after a couple seconds of of it being started up

Hi, I'm Bogi, one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Thanks for all the detail, it really helps paint a picture! On your 2003 Buick Regal the combination of flashing lights, intermittent no start, clicking noise, and the car dying while driving all point strongly toward an electrical issue rather than just a starter problem. The most likely culprit is actually a loose, corroded, or failing battery cable connection, as a poor connection can cause exactly this kind of erratic behavior where the whole electrical system goes haywire intermittently. A failing battery or a bad ground connection are also likely suspects, as weak voltage can cause multiple systems to malfunction simultaneously in very unpredictable ways. The fact that everything seems to reset after waiting a few minutes is pretty typical of a voltage or connection issue rather than a hard component failure. I’d recommend starting with a thorough inspection of the battery terminals, cables, and ground straps before anything else, but given that this has caused the car to die while driving it's important to have a qualified shop properly diagnose this soon for your safety.
