if I take the main computer out of another Buick rendezvous and put it in my Buick rendezvous will I be able to use that

my car is running fine and just one day that want to start no more and they keep telling me it's probably something in the anti-theft system so I was told that maybe if I change the computer and I have a parts car it's a Buick rendezvous to I don't know if it would work
