Change the starter charge 2 battery but car will still not start

change starter put fresh motor oil in that's what the mechanic did car would still not start with full charge battery he put breaker bar on said it was locked up I charged battery and put breaker bar on it belt all move freely and it spins with no problem sometimes it clicks while starting sometimes it makes no noise at all

If your mechanic put a breaker bar on the engine and it would not turn -- then the engine will not turn.
What did you put your breaker bar on -- the crankshaft? Or another component?
Either the engine turns or it doesn't. It's kind of black and white.
Where I put the breaker bar
was where my mechanic said to put the breaker bar and check it he also came out a couple hours later and verified that it does turn the whole entire belt moves with the whole pulley system my grandfather paid for the repairs so I got sent to the shop that he wanted they found no shavings in my oil as of they say but they said my engine was locked up and they could not turn it over with breaker bar sent it in because I had motor oil going into my starter which as far as I know possibly could pain in my rear main seal might be bad they just told me bad motor cost me two grand to put another one init turns with breaker bar but still will not start checked all my fuses they're good just makes a clicking noise change my battery terminals and still want start so in my car it has a indicator saying how charged my battery was it was not even at 12 volts so I put it on the charger going to leave it overnight and see what happens when I put it back in
