What is your question?
Why no recall has same issues the 2012 Captiva had. High fluid temperatures the reservoir leaks and stabilitark where traction control light comes on and maintenance light comes on in an ABS light comes on and it will go into limp mode after it reads that code and you can only go over 15 mph and I've been talk to numerous garages that said this car this specific year had this problem plus every problem the 2012 pretty much has 2014 has.. I'll replace the Cadillac converter twice of replace brakes and rotors replace mass air flow twice out of replace spark plugs and cool packs three times in a matter of 8 months I have to add oil every 500 mi and they say all these cars have it so I don't understand why there wouldn't be a recall the heater and a/c are crap replaced blend door actuator then the blower motor stops blowing heat and resistor...
What makes this problem better or worse?
Drive worse when it's hot outside ,
How long has your 2014 Chevrolet Captiva Sport had this problem?
More than a year

Hi - I am Dave, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. With respect - your vehicle is 11 years old. At some point, the manufacturer isn't responsible anymore -- even with "common" issues. There's an expected vehicle lifespan. That said, some of your concerns sound like some of the little things left unchecked created bigger concerns. So make sure you develop a great relationship with a shop near you, so you can keep after the diagnostic testing and repairs to prevent things from getting worse. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link to find some shops near you who can help out!
