Transmission fluid is pouring out of the transmission next to transmission pan why is this happening

What is your question?

It does not appear to be leaking from the pan or the coolant hoses and when I say leaking it looks like with dumping a court upside down and pouring out

What makes this problem better or worse?

Actual source of any leak can be very deceiving - leak seems to be coming from here - however it is actually leaking over there. SO - this is going to require hands-on inspection with *vehicle hoisted* on an automobile lift.
