What is your question?
My mass air flow sensor is reading 0.00434 lbs/s my short term fuel trim is at 99.2% and my air to fuel ratio is 4.39:1 . I’ve noticed holes in my air intake resonator duct but I’m not sure if that is what’s causing the car to crank with no start
What makes this problem better or worse?
It won’t start
How long has your 2013 Chevrolet Cruze had this problem?

If you have unmetered air flow to the engine, then it is a really good reason for the engine not starting while cranking. The engine could never get enough fuel to match open air. Resolve the obvious things before trying to drill down to test results and so forth. Are you seeing trouble codes be set?
