p20e2 error - Check Engine Light for exhaust gas temp

My 2011 Silverado – Turbo, Duramax - diesel is having a problem with the 'Check Engine Light" coming on with error p20e2. I have taken it to a Chevy Dealership on 4 occasions, each time they tell me it is an error with one of the sensors and that there is nothing wrong with the exhaust gas temp. Other than ignoring the 'Check Engine Light" each time it comes on, what can I do to resolve this issue?
