A/C at drivers vents blow hot air when A/C is on.

What is your question?

The a/c will be running fine with cold air out of all ducts, then without apparent reason hot air starts blowing from the only the 2 vents on the drivers side while all the others continue to blow cold. The issue ceases if and when I restart the vehicle and cold air once again then blows from the vents at the drivers location. No other vents are effected.

What makes this problem better or worse?
