What is your question?
sunroof drains on floorboard on passenger side instead of where it should, where does the line drain?? We took off dash and side panels but can not find end of drain hose but see it in the side part by door. Need to know where it should drain to to find other end to clear. We can hear water run down the door jam so it has to be connected at the top. Just need to know where it runs to drain at bottom, we can't see it.
What makes this problem better or worse?
leaks only one passenger side. we thought it was the heater core at first until we poured water and watched it drain next to heater core to floor
How long has your 2005 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 had this problem?
? just bought in Apr 2020

First see if the drain tube is even attached! You'll have to lower the headliner to inspect this. Use care and caution, damage can occur that you cannot reverse, especially on a 15 year old vehicle with brittle interior components. Compressed air is best for use on clogged drain tubes. Then you're not looking for routing or anything -- you're just clearing the lines. Which is why you need to ensure they are attached first. You can detach, use compressed air, and reattach -- then recheck for leaks. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
Umm, we can't see if its attached at bottom since we can't find the end. I see the drivers side drains behind wheel well but the passenger side drains somewhere inside by heater core. We can't tear truck apart anymore to find end. Can't find a diagram showing where it goes, just in beyond the fire wall? Between body work? We can't see end when looking behind wheel well. The rubber looks good and not brittle of what we can see. I did pour water down drivers side & yes it comes out behind wheel well. So just need to know where the passenger side line goes completely. We will be running a plastic tubing down passenger side this weekend to see if that helps. Becca Rose
