Is there a Low and Hi Relay for the Dodge Journey 2019

What is your question?

I was looking at the diagram for the fuse and noticed that for the fan there was a hi and low relay slot. The relays themselves are both hi, so I wanted to ask if there was a Low relay that should go into the low slot or if both slots should have both hi relays installed.
