Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Initial questions would be - why was it parked for 3 months? Has the vehicle been hit or bumped at all? Have you checked to ensure a proper programmed key is being used? Have you checked to verify there is fuel in the vehicle?
