Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. "Switch, wiring, regulator and motor are all good" - well, that's all you have! Keep in mind, master switch can influence passenger window operation along with the actual door switch on the passenger door. A master switch could be a concern. This vehicle has a GEM module I believe, which allows body module testing with a diagnostic tool. It can active command items using the module. This can help the diagnostic testing process. All I would sum up to say is: Everything is NOT ok, and you'll have to perform testing to see what is preventing the motor from getting power (assuming it isn't getting power) to put the window down. The good news? It's a constant issue, which should be comparatively easy to diagnose! https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link to find some shops near you who can help out!
