Nav system having problems All controls take minutes to work on the display screen. NAV system is useless.
How long has your 2016 Ford F-150 had this problem?

This is something that requires a list to your dealership. They have the diagnostic software to figure out the system and find out what's going on. Non-dealer repair techs can have this too, but it's less likely as the software is proprietary to Ford. Automotive audio specialists may also be able to help. The only advice I could give is to ensure you have no devices attached to your vehicle -- no phones, iPods, and so on. Then recheck operation.
