I just recieved my car back from a shop to install my snow tire and now my first and second gear are geinded to hell and my engin is in limp mode what can i do?

Bought the car from and ministry of transportation mechanic 3 weeks ago i only drove it 20 times for 10 mins each(to work) was in mint condition this morning now i just picked it up and its fucked
