What is your question?
The sound just started today. I really can't describe it. But I remember my son's car having a rear problem and it sounded similar.
What makes this problem better or worse?
When I move the car
How long has your 1995 Ford Mustang had this problem?
Heard it today for the first time.

Hello, wheel bearings that are worn would make a noise when the wheels are rotating, and the noise would likely be more apparent and louder with higher vehicle speeds. However, just having unevenly worn tires could cause a very similar noise; so I would definitely recommend having a look at them. Also, rear wheel bearings on this vehicle is typically not a do-it-yourself type of repair, so have it inspected locally to be sure. As far as what to pay -- getting multiple estimates even by phone near you would be the best way to find out; pricing will vary by geographical area. https://repairpal.com/ford-within-10-miles-of-salem-new-jersey-08079
