Where is the wiper control module located?

You dig?

I already know where the fuses are under the dash and my fuse/relays under my hood. I've replaced my wiper motor, tried two new fuses, and replaced my multifunction switch. My wipers still have no power to them. I am now looking for my wiper control module. I have looked everywhere and I was told it was under the dashboard by my fuses. There are many different connectors down there. I cant find any information or videos on where my wiper control module is on the car.
