My car keep overheating no leaks or anything I Gallons of water in the over fill tank cause there no radiator an dosnt never get filled up an still not leaks changed thermostat also an My battery doesn't stay connected like turning g my car off when overheating try to start battery dead alternator it good also the battery
What makes this problem better or worse?

Well, truth is you do have a radiator. Typically though you don't add directly to it. Coolant is added to the reservoir for coolant. It is essential to ensure you are bleeding air pockets out of the cooling system, however, because if you don't you will cause overheating. And at some point, you will cause engine damage. There's no way to know if you have engine damage or just air pockets in your cooling system until you try to purge the air pockets. Sounds like this might be something you could use some professional assistance with, as you didn't mention anything about purging air.
