Inside dinger won’t stop and doors won’t lock

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. It sounds like the vehicle thinks one of the doors is open when it is not. This would prevent the door locks from working and would keep the chime sounding. A diagnostic tool is needed to interface with the body control modules to see which door is still showing as open even when it's closed. This door sensor should be replaced - which may or may not be part of the latch assembly in this vehicle. Alternatively, spraying lubricant in the door latches and or door switches and opening and closing the doors repetitively can help "loosen" a stuck switch and resolve the problem. I've seen this work in the past. Worth a shot. Reach out to a shop near you if needed for assistance. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
