What would make it hard to shift from gear to gear in my 5 speed Tracker?

What is your question?

I've adjusted the clutch cable a couple times and it helped for the first 10 miles or so but then it got really difficult to shift from gear to gear shortly thereafter. The clutch is less than a year old and has less than 13K miles on it.
