Transmission goes out of gear while driving. Changed fluid ,screen and both a and b solenoids still goes out of gear. Doesn't slip just goes out of gear.

Transmission doesn't slip just goes in to neutral then it will catch again. Replaced both solenoids, fluid and screen. Fluid was black

If I let off the gas it catches and goes in to gear

A day coming home from work...stopped driving it
