replacement kit for squeeky serpentine belt

it squeels loud most of the time, i saw on a thread a little while back where there is a replacement kit for these squeeling belts, my husband has replaced this belt many times, but it always starts squeeling again pretty quickly

What makes this problem better or worse?

hot or cold, doesnt matter, duramax diesel

a long time, always replacing belts, gets expensive and does it pretty quick after replacing
