Humming loud sound when slowing down or down shifting.

What is your question?

The vehicle makes a loud humming noise when down shifting(m3), taking foot off of the accelerator and slowing down. The humming goes away when accelerating, when stopped, and when it’s in neutral while the vehicle is moving.
