What is your question?

Someone worked on my car timing belt, radiator, valve cover gasket, water pump, full tuneup,changed both left and right front axle,hoses, the car was smooth before, but now..still running good but not as it used to be...there is vibration in the engine..and something sounds like a subwoofer...and the shifting takes longer and the idle is a bit high .i am a disabled person ihope you are an onhest mechanic...and don't rip people off ...let me know where is your location and your phone number.it could be only the car needs simple adjustments Thank you very much for your help.
