Truck wont start on cold mornings ?

What is your question?

I have to turn key repeatedly, then wait a couple of minutes then it starts, when trying to start initially, everything else powers up, you hear the click, but the engine will not engage, I believe it's maybe a sensor that sends the signal to the starter. lately it doesn't even have to be cold. It just starts when it wants . CRAZY !!
