where is the fuse gearbox for the transmission 1993 XJ6

What is your question?

The transmission keeps going into limp mode, my mechanic said it was just a fuse, replaced it and it went right back into limp mode. What fuse gearbox located, I think he replaced the seat belt fuse.Could it be a bad TCM? Please send me any advice you can. Thank you

Hello, I'm not aware of any gearbox fuse specifically. I would not ever suspect a faulty transmission control module. Are you certain the transmission has an electrical concern? What specifically is the symptom you are experiencing?

It drives great when it is out of limp mode, i will get in and start it up and it will be fine, drive great, no transmission light on, then i get in it the next day and transmission light is on and its in limp mode. Repeated several times, same scenario

If your battery is old get a new one it should fix the problem. This happened to me. I replaced the battery and it reset the computer and it never came on again

If your battery is old get a new one it should fix the problem. This happened to me. I replaced the battery and it reset the computer and it never came on again
