My vehicle's engine is shaking while idling, how do you diagnose a bad coil?

My 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.7 v8 is shaking while idling and I've experienced a considerable amount of loss of power, stability while accelerating and driving. Replaced spark plugs, fuel filter, Camshaft sensor, cleaned air filter and still same engine shaking. I haven't diagnosed the Coils on the spark plugs - could this shaking be caused by bad or failing coil? I used the scan tool at AutoZone = P0161 = 02 Heater Circuit ( Bank 2, Sensor2) Could this be causing the engine shaking?
