2000 lexus es300. Check engine light has been on for awhile. The light started flashing yesterday, causing the car to shake and hesitate when accelerating. Turned car off and back on and flashing stopped and car drove ok until today, it did it again. OBD II reading said codes: PO171,po301,po302,po303,po304, p1130
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, just to be clear, the shaking and hesitating is what caused the check engine light start flashing. It is not the other way around. You have multiple misfire codes showing up, a fuel lean code also. This would mean to me multiple concerns, like cylinder misfires from spark plugs, coils, fuel injector concerns, and perhaps an oxygen sensor or air intake concern. Hands on testing is needed to find out what's going on.
