replaced the engine battery now the radio and navigation does not turn on

I suspect an "anti-theft" mechanism has been activated. It would be best to consult the owners manual for the vehicle (do an Internet search if you don't have one handy), or consult a local Lexus technician near you for guidance on how to reset your audio unit after battery failure.

It strange the radio will not even power on - check fuses.
