Crank but won't start

Camshaft sensor crankshaft sensor new pulley new oil injected spark plugs new fuel pressure regulator new fuel pump new fuel filter I took the thermostat out new oil new ignition switch new new relays all these things I replaced on a car and the car is still doing the same thing turn over but won't start at first it acted like it really wanted to start she can hear it when you turn it over and now it's just turning over

What makes this problem better or worse?

We have a full charge battery it makes it better
