Why does my car cough/pop after I change gears (first thing in morning when cold)? After 4/5 pops it comes right and is perfect.
What is your question?
As I change up gears in the morning, as I release the clutch the car then doesn't accelerate, coughs/pops and returns to normal. Does this 4 or 5 times then drives perfectly. Will do this first thing in the morning or after car is cold/sitting for a while (e.g. when I leave work to go home)
What makes this problem better or worse?
When cold
