engine turn off but secondary air pump still run ml430 2001

replaced a new radiator , start the car it runs around 20- minutes than it's won't go but engine still running, temperture went up . let it cool down start the engine , it runs normal but temperture go up and stop let it cool down than styart back up against . now , the start the engine . car start than I turn off the Engine but secondary air pump still run ml430 2001 , what is wrong ?

What makes this problem better or worse?

last 2 days after replace a new Radiator
