The vehicle will NOT start. Initially it moves and then the power goes off.

Initially it moves and then the power goes off intermittently. Then later it fails to start at all. The S400 Hybrid is in Ghana, West Africa. There is certified repairer here so it has been packed for about 4 months now. Kindly assist. Bless
