My Alternator getting burnt out and not charging

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Are you saying that you replaced the alternator and it's failed again? Or something else has failed? I'm not understanding. Explain a little more oof what is going on. If a replacement alternator has failed right away - it could simply be a faulty replacement alternator. It does happen. Return the alternator and exchange for another. Not a whole lot I can think of on the vehicle that could damage an alternator! But, also, if the charging system still doesn't seem to work - your alternator may not be the cause.
