Thank you Pushrod for answering, yes fuses are good and the relay does not energize at all, if I energized terminal 5 to 3 while cranking the engine it turns the pump on and so the engine but it turns off if I dis-energized 5 to 3.
Check/test relay wire connections *underneath* fuse/relay box .. Test PCM supplied - relay 'ground' circuit... PCM failures are rare on this vehicle, however anything is possible... Most likely a wiring problem TO the relay .. Good luck with it!
