No compression

What is your question?

Started losing power about 2 miles from home but made it all the way/ran slightly hot but not bad. Killed it & went to crank it later & ,no compression what so ever. Rocker arms are moving ,& threirs no water in oil & no blowback. What U think? 2.4L motor hardbody truck

What makes this problem better or worse?

Won't crank/engine spins & rocker arm moves
