does nissan have the rear end problem fixed on the 2012 titans,the leaking seals

No. My 2012 SL CC 4x4 just blew the rear pinion seal because the vent on the axle was clogged shut. Thank god I didn’t blow the axle seals. Pinion part OEM cost 23.00 on eBay and is an easy do it your self fix.
