my 98 oldsmobile wont start i replaced the starter and the battery is good what else can it be? it wont turn over and it dont make any noise at all but the lights will come on?
How long has your 1998 Oldsmobile Achieva had this problem?

Hello, assuming your new battery and starter are "good", check all cabling and connections and ensure the transmission is showing "park" or "neutral" gears -- by using a diagnostic tool to check what the processor sees the transmission position as. If all else fails, check for sure to see that the engine even turns freely! Using a breaker bar and socket on then crankshaft pulley, try to turn the engine.
