Fast clicking sound car wont start

Hello, sounds like the battery itself does not have enough power to crank over the engine. That or the battery cables have an interruption their connection. Your information does not really check out; if all you say is true, the engine will crank over. Therefore, I would recommend starting at the beginning. Have the battery tested for state of charge and the ability to sustain a load. Then recheck further from there.
