Why is my radio on and off not working? Fuses look good, battery is brand new?

My cars radio for the last few weeks has been not working. Some days it will come on and work and others it’s completely black and has no life. What is going on?! I have a 2008 Subaru Impreza.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Changed out the fuse in the actual radio and can back on for about a day.
