What is the correct torque value for the 14MM nut used to hold the windshield wiper arm onto the wiper motor shaft?

19.2 ft lbs is the specification. But -- I'd ask -- why not see your dealership since you have a new vehicle? You should not have to deal with any of this yet...unless it is physically damaged I suppose. The shop manual does not indicate the necessary use of a threat sealant.
