2005 avalon xI. ignition coils replaced, still P0351 code, vsc light.

car runs kinda rough. prior to coils being replaced (part 90919A2004, if that helps) car felt at times as if something was slipping and the engine couldn't get to the next gear when on highway. new coils, no slipping feeling, but car still chugs a bit and that darn vsc light always comes on. I can make vsc light go away sometimes if I play with gas cap and reset dashboard warning lights`, but it comes back after a little while. any help would be greatly appreciated.
